These Terms of Purchase govern all purchases made through the Joko Wellness website and related platforms.
1. Purchases
By purchasing a workshop, training, event ticket, digital product, consultation, coaching service, or other offering from Joko Wellness ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Purchase.
2. Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
Live Workshops and Events
Refund requests submitted at least seven (7) days before the scheduled event may be eligible for a refund, less any applicable processing fees.
Refund requests submitted fewer than seven (7) days before an event may not be eligible for a refund.
If Joko Wellness cancels an event, participants may choose between:
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to materials, purchases of downloadable resources, recordings, templates, and digital products are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Accessibility Requests
If a participant experiences barriers accessing purchased content due to a disability, we encourage them to contact us promptly so we can explore reasonable accommodations or alternative formats where feasible.
4. Intellectual Property
Purchased materials are licensed for personal or organizational use as described at the time of purchase.
Participants may not:
Reproduce materials for resale;
Distribute recordings without permission;
Share paid access links with unauthorized individuals;
Copy or modify proprietary curriculum without written permission.
All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by Joko Wellness.
5. Educational Nature of Services
Joko Wellness provides educational, training, coaching, consulting, and community-based learning services.
Our services are not medical care, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, legal advice, or emergency services.
Participation does not establish a therapist-client, medical provider-patient, or attorney-client relationship.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joko Wellness shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of Services.
