Refund Policy

At Joko Wellness, we understand that life happens. We strive to create policies that are fair, transparent, and sustainable for both our participants and our small business.

Live Workshops and Trainings

Participants may request a full refund up to seven (7) days before the scheduled workshop or training date.

Refund requests received fewer than seven (7) days before the event are generally not eligible for a refund. However, participants may request one of the following options:

  • Transfer registration to a future offering of the same workshop, when available;

  • Transfer registration to another individual;

  • Receive a credit toward a future Joko Wellness offering.

Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Missed Events

If you are unable to attend a live workshop after registering, we cannot guarantee a refund.

When available, participants may receive:

  • Access to a recording;

  • Access to workshop materials;

  • Credit toward a future event.

These options are offered at Joko Wellness' discretion and may vary by event.

Digital Products and Recordings

Due to the immediate access provided upon purchase, digital products, downloadable resources, recordings, toolkits, templates, and similar digital materials are generally non-refundable.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing purchased materials, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

Accessibility and Disability-Related Requests

Joko Wellness is committed to accessibility and inclusion.

If you encounter disability-related barriers that prevent you from participating in or accessing a purchased offering, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to provide accommodations, alternative formats, transfer options, credits, or other solutions when feasible.

Accessibility requests will be handled with care and reviewed individually.

Event Cancellation by Joko Wellness

If Joko Wellness cancels an event, participants will be offered one of the following:

  • A full refund; or

  • Transfer to a future offering.

Care and Access / Exceptional Circumstances

At Joko Wellness, we recognize that illness, disability, caregiving responsibilities, financial hardship, emergencies, and other life circumstances can affect a person's ability to participate in a workshop, training, or event.

While we cannot guarantee refunds outside of the policies described above, we believe in approaching these situations with care, flexibility, and respect. We encourage participants experiencing significant barriers to contact us so we can explore available options together, which may include transfers, credits, recordings, alternative formats, payment arrangements, or other accommodations when feasible.

We are committed to balancing accessibility, sustainability, and community care in the administration of our programs.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days. The timing of funds appearing in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
