A space to slow down and connect. Think of this as a place to stop by when you wanna talk through ways to incorporate rest, play, pleasure, joy, movement and/or laughter into your days. I can also sprinkle in some general support if you have questions about your routine, coping skills, or creating a practice for gratitude or grounding if that’s more your vibe.
